 s as well as gluten-free and by using other ingredients as well with seaso
 nal vegetables.\n\nRani Bayat was born and raised in Britain to Indian par
 ents\, who grew up with dual heritage as well as having lived in a very di
 verse cultural environment. This exposure led her to be able to cook a var
 iety of vegan and vegetarian cuisines and most importantly\, “healthy an
