Improve your Business English and communicate with confidence! This course focuses on effective office communication, including emails, phone calls, and workplace interactions. Course contents You will learn key dos and don’ts, such as professional email etiquette, polite and clear communication, and cultural differences in business settings. Day 1 Socializing and Networking Day 2 Office Communication Day 3 Dos and Don’ts in Business Communication Day 4 Meetings and Negotiations Day 5 Presentations and Public Speaking Who is this course for? The course is aimed at learners with B2-level English who want to strengthen and consolidate their existing knowledge. It is suitable for participants with B2-level knowledge or comparable prior learning. The course generally remains at B2 level, while the precise focus of individual activities can be adapted to the prior knowledge and learning needs of the group. Couse aims Through practical exercises, you will expand your vocabulary and refine your skills for real-life business situations. Couse material will be provided by the couse instructor. Dieser Kurs gilt gemäß § 10 Abs. 5 des Berliner Bildungszeitgesetzes (BiZeitG, GVBl. vom 05.07.2021 S. 849) als Bildungsveranstaltung im Sinne der beruflichen Weiterbildung anerkannt. Diese Anerkennung gilt nur für Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 des oben genannten Gesetzes, die bei einem Arbeitgeber im Bundesland Berlin angestellt sind und die o.g. Kenntnisse beruflich benötigen. Der Kurs ist zur beruflichen Weiterbildung im Sinne des § 22 BbgEBG ist gemäß § 7 Absatz 2 BFV in Brandenburg anerkannt. Dieser Kurs ist auch nach §1 Abs. 1bis 4 AWbG in NRW anerkannt und erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen des § 9 AWbG NRW als Bildungsveranstaltung zur Arbeitnehmerweiterbildung.
