Englisch B1 - Refresher and Conversation

Beschreibung

Dieser Kurs richtet sich an Teilnehmende der Niveaustufe B1. Come along and practise speaking while at home. With ZoomX high audio quality, we can leave our mics open and simulate a face-to-face classroom. In each lesson, you will have plenty of opportunity to practise speaking in small groups in breakout rooms, while your teacher is popping round monitoring you and giving feedback. In the main room, we will explain rules, clarify the tricky bits, and extend your vocabulary and grammar knowledge and raise your awareness of context and culture. We will not be translating as our focus is on the practical side of using the language: understanding others and being understood. We will use a textbook with lots of spoken English - Survival English included. Listening and writing activities are given as homework so they do not eat up precious classroom time. Personal or regional events will also be used to have you speak. Grammar on demand. 3Themen:Travelling and Route 66, Hiring and Driving a Car, Checking Facts and Telling Stories, South Africa, Writing Emails, Question Tags, Present and Past Progressive, Travelling and Travel Problems in Hotels and Restaurants, Small Talk and Jokes, Complaining, Route 66, Hiring and Driving a Car. Past Progressive, Reported Speech, Modal Verbs.
