Beschreibung

This intensive course is designed for professionals who need to communicate with authority, empathy and clarity, especially in moments of change. Across five immersive days, you'll develop the English to lead teams through uncertainty, handle difficult conversations, and communicate decisions persuasively. Working with authentic case studies, interviews and role-play, you'll build the vocabulary and instincts of confident leadership communication. The week culminates in a live simulation (presenting and defending a major organisational change) bringing together everything you've practised into one high-stakes, high-reward performance. Materials will be provided by the teacher. Dieser Kurs gilt gemäß § 10 Abs. 5 des Berliner Bildungszeitgesetzes - BiZeitG (GVBl. vom 05.07.2021 S. 849) als Bildungsveranstaltung im Sinne der beruflichen Weiterbildung anerkannt. Diese Anerkennung gilt nur für Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 des oben genannten Gesetzes, die bei einem Arbeitgeber im Bundesland Berlin beschäftigt sind. Dr. Christina Grey has over 15 years of experience teaching English. She holds a PhD in Psycholinguistics and an MA in Linguistics. Christina is the founder of The Unlock Fluency Method, an immersive approach to English fluency. Drawing on her background in theatre and linguistics, she brings a lively, role-play-driven energy to the classroom, always grounding language practice in real-life situations.
