 kshop\, we will learn how to:\n\n- Understand different types of dance mov
 ements.\n- Develop techniques for dance improvisation.\n- Learn how to str
 ucture and organize our dance practice.\n\nWe will begin with some fundame
 ntal elements of Laban Movement Analysis (LMA). LMA is a widely used syste
 m for analyzing movement and consists of four main components:\n\n- Body: 
 Which body parts are involved in the movement?\n- Effort: The dynamics and
  qualities of movement\, including weight\, time\,  space\, and flow.\n-  
 Space: The pathways and directions in which movement unfolds.\n-  Shape: T
 he form the body takes in space.\n\nBy understanding movement\, we will be
  able to categorize and combine different dance movements in our practice 
 and performances.\n\nThis will help us organize and structure our dance tr
