Beschreibung
Der Kurs wird in Englisch durchgeführt. This course introduces professionals, analysts, managers, and non-technical learners to Agentic AI—AI systems that can take initiative, coordinate tasks, and support decision-making—using Python as a simple, practical tool rather than a programming deep dive. Rather than focusing on how AI models are built, the course emphasizes how AI can support everyday work: decision support, workflow automation, and intelligent assistance across business, healthcare, and knowledge-driven roles. Python is used in a guided and accessible way to connect steps, automate processes, and make AI workflows repeatable and transparent. Participants will learn what agentic AI actually means, how it differs from chatbots and traditional automation, and how to use modern AI tools responsibly to work more efficiently, think more clearly, and reduce repetitive effort. The instructor guides participants through practical examples and hands-on exercises, demonstrating how Python can be used to integrate AI into real-world workflows—without requiring advanced machine learning or complex software engineering. Course Modules Module 1 — Understanding Agentic AI Learn what agentic AI is and how it differs from traditional automation and chatbots. You’ll explore concepts such as autonomy, goals, tools, and feedback—explained in clear, accessible terms—so you can understand where agentic AI adds value and where it may not be appropriate. Module 2 — AI for Decision Support Discover how AI can assist human decision-making rather than replace it. You’ll learn how to use AI—supported by simple Python workflows—to summarize information, compare options, identify risks, and support better judgments in business and healthcare contexts. Module 3 — AI for Automation and Workflows Learn how agentic AI can automate repetitive tasks and coordinate workflows across tools. Using lightweight Python examples, you’ll explore report generation, document handling, task planning, and multi-step processes—designed for everyday professionals rather than software engineers. Module 4 — Designing Useful AI Assistants Apply your learning by designing simple AI assistants that support real work scenarios. You’ll focus on defining goals, inputs, guardrails, and outputs, and use Python to structure these interactions in a clear and maintainable way—ensuring AI systems are helpful, reliable, and safe in practice. By the end of this course, Participants will be able to: Clearly explain what agentic AI is and what it is not Use AI tools and Python workflows for decision support and structured thinking Apply AI to automate everyday tasks and multi-step workflows Design simple AI assistants without advanced technical complexity Understand risks, limitations, and responsible use of AI Work confidently with AI as a collaborator rather than a replacement No prior technical or AI knowledge required. Basic familiarity with computers and everyday work tools is sufficient. Requirements: Laptop with Zoom installed and a stable internet connection Infos zum Kursleiter
