Beschreibung
Project management is simple, but not easy! What is traditional project management, and what does "agile" actually mean? Why do so many projects fail - and what can I do to improve the situation? And how can AI provide support? Target audience: Project managers, project team members, specialists and managers, and people who are new to project management. What will be covered? The course provides an overview of the most common project management methods and addresses the challenges involved in project initiation. Participants will learn useful techniques, including practical application, effective communication with numerous tips, budget management, and the successful completion of projects. In addition, the course explores how AI can be used to support project management. Learning objectives: The course provides an introduction to the theoretical foundations of project management, presents best practices, and enables participants to apply selected project management techniques in practice. The aim is to plan, implement and successfully complete projects in a more structured way, as well as to manage challenges that arise during the course of a project more effectively. Learning methods: The course combines theoretical foundations with best practices and practical application. Participants learn useful techniques and have the opportunity to apply them directly in practice. Course instructor qualification: Gerhard Machinger has more than 20 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management across various industries, particularly telecommunications, IT, and logistics. As a certified PMP and PMI-ACP, as well as an experienced Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, he has extensive knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods. Since 2021, he has also worked as a project management trainer and coach, delivering practical methods, techniques, and best practices to both beginners and experienced professionals.
