Beschreibung

This workshop will see you through making easy and step by step vegan/vegetarian, incredibly delicious Sushi rolls and perfect for beginners. Fillings will be made with a combination of cooked and raw vegetables which will be infused in tasty subtle marinades. Four varieties of Sushi will be demonstrated and made from the simplest ingredients. Maki – thicker rolls with more filling, Hosomaki – small cylindrical Sushi with one filling, Nigiri – an oval shaped of pressed rice topped with a marinated vegetable, Dragon rolls – inside-out Sushi with rice on the outside, and mouth-watering dipping sauces to go along with them. These recipes can be easily adapted to your choosing (Gluten free and fish free). Rani Bayat was born and raised in Britain to Indian parents, who grew up with dual heritage as well as having lived in a very diverse cultural environment. This exposure led her to be able to cook a variety of vegan and vegetarian cuisines and most importantly, “healthy and tasty”! Over the years, and throughout travel, Rani naturally progressed, creating fusion foods, cooking techniques, and developing layers of flavour. Rani is looking forward to sharing this very experience through creating these delicious cuisines especially in Thai and other Pan Asian cuisines.
